The subject of research is the physico-chemical laws of the process of forming polymers based on epoxy resins filled with nano- and disperse additives and their properties. The aim of the work is to provide targeted structure formation of polymeric materials by their physico-chemical modification to improve performance and develop recommendations for the development of coatings based on them for the restoration and protection of technological equipment and transport parts. The scientific problem of creation of new epoxycomposite materials and coatings on their basis of functional purpose with the increased operational characteristics for use in the automobile and shipbuilding industry is solved. The solution to the scientific problem is to study and scientifically sound management of structural processes as a result of modifying the binder with different fillers, as well as to establish mechanisms to improve the characteristics of composites, which increases the service life of technological equipment and transport parts.
