The radiometer of the radio telescope URAN3 was modernized for an increasing the accuracy and informativeness of experimental observations. Experimental observations of the selected patch of celestial sphere were carried out. Developed and tested programs for the implementation of comb filtering the response of the radio telescope to the components. The filtering of the experimental recording of the radio emission of the region of the celestial sphere by the package of comb filters allowed to divide the sources by inclination in one record and to build a 3D graph of the cosmic radio emission of this part of the sky. Regular observations of sporadic decameter radiation of the Sun were carried out, as well as observations of sporadic decameter radiation of Jupiter synchronously with radio telescopes UTR-2, URAN-2, NDA, LWA1 within the Juno space mission.
