The subject of research is epoxy composite materials and coatings containing ultra- and microdisperse fillers. The purpose of the Project is to establish the basic laws of the influence of ultrafine filler on the characteristics of epoxy materials and to issue recommendations for the creation of coatings based on them to protect vehicles from corrosion and hydroabrasive action. At this stage, the structure, physical-mechanical and thermophysical properties of epoxy composites filled with ultrafine diamond, as well as microdisperse additives were studied. The dynamics of impact strength of composites depending on the content of nanoadditives has been established. The mechanism of interaction of nanoparticles with epoxy oligomer functional groups is substantiated. Additionally, the results of the study of mechanical and thermophysical properties of composites containing lithium carbonate and Nickel carbonate are presented. According to a set of tests of mechanical and thermophysical properties, the optimal content of dispersed particles for the formation of materials with high performance characteristics.
