Taking into account mentioned system some complexes were prepared, namely: a set of practical and diagnostic tools; a set of correctional and developmental technologies for psychological support of the educational process subjects. The technology of developing a safe educational environment is proposed. Methods have been proposed: monitoring and assessment of socio-psychological risks in emergency situations; discursive method for assessing the constructiveness of communicative behavior of collective actors in an emergency. A set of methods for studying the features of personality self-regulation in emergency situations was selected. The training program "Formation of skills of self-regulation of employees of educational institutions in emergency situations" was developed and tested. A typology of elderly people that pays attention to the peculiarities of their emotional self-regulation in an emergency situation is proposed. A model of psychological factors of readiness of educational process participants to constructive behavior in emergency situations is developed. The survey covered 773 people. Manuscripts of two methodical recommendations were proposed ("Ensuring the psychological safety of participants in the educational process", "Providing first aid in emergencies"). The training program "Training of trainers to improve the psychological readiness of the individual to make constructive decisions in an emergency" was also proposed. The program of the second stage of the academic-level experiment "Development of a system to increase the psychological readiness of participants in the educational process to act in case of threat, occurrence and overcoming the consequences of an emergency" was implemented.
