Spectroscopic factors for reactions of two-neutron transfer of super-fluid nuclei and diffusion coefficients of nuclear collective dynamics have been calculated. The effects of memory in the widths of the nuclear fission process were taken into account. The dependence of these widths on the parameters of relaxation and damping for the nucleons collective motion of a fissile nucleus have been found. Quantum-statistical corrections to the critical points of nuclear matter within the mean field model using van der Waals and Skyrme forces have been obtained. Good agreement of neutron skin as the difference between neutron and proton rms radii of nuclei with experimental data for many heavy nuclei have been shown.
