CHILDREN AGED 1-14, UNDIFFERENTIATED CONNECTIVE TISSUE DYSPLASIA, PERINATAL RISK FACTORS, REGULATORY PROCESSES, SOMATIC DISEASES. The object of research is the health status of children from birth to 14 years, depending on the presence or absence of adverse perinatal factors in the anamnesis. The aim of the research was to determine the significance of the combined effect of adverse perinatal factors on the probability of development and severity of acquired diseases of the respiratory, cardiovascular, digestive and urinary systems in children from birth to 14 years. Research methods: 1) clinical; 2) instrumental; 3) laboratory; 4) statistical. The influence of certain perinatal factors on the state of children's health at certain stages of postnatal development is determined. In particular, they identified those that are correlated with the frequency and severity of disease in newborns during the early neonatal period, the frequency of acute respiratory infections in preschool patients and the degree of expression of cardiovascular disease in older children. Modeling of recurrence rates of respiratory diseases in children aged 1-6 years, taking into account some indicators of clinical blood tests and manifestations of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia. The introduction into medical practice of the developed approaches to determine the degree of adverse perinatal factors will predict the degree of risk of certain diseases in children and purposefully take preventive measures to prevent them.
