Algorithms for solving problems of recognition of intellectual communication information in the data stream, conversion of textual communication information of inflectional speech into sign language, analysis of moving components of sign language (gestures and dactylemes) and nonverbal elements (facial expressions and visemes) were developed. Algorithmic implementation of the proposed approaches and methods of modeling and recognition of intelligent communication information in the form of experimental software applications as well as testing of these applications on test tasks were conducted.
