In order to improve the diagnosis of acute HF at the preoperative stage, an algorithm of diagnostic and therapeutic management in the presence of signs of acute HF in patients with IE was developed. According to the results of the study, a protocol of perioperative management of patients with IE complicated by acute HF was developed. According to these materials, the technology "Technology for determining the risk of heart failure in patients with infective endocarditis at the perioperative period" was developed.
