Using the results of mathematical modeling, a protocol for the use of echo stress test (STE) with dobutamine was developed and implemented to maintain maximum safety of the procedure. Speckle-tracking echocardiography data processing technology, resistant to video data noise was developed. It can be used on ultrasonic devices operating in B-mode, which not equipped with speckle-tracking computer software. Algorithms and prognostic mathematical models to support medical decision-making in the diagnosis of latent manifestations of coronary heart disease was developed. The accuracy of the generated conclusions from the test samples is at least 98%. Joint examination by STE and coronaroangiography (CAG) N = 568 patients consisting of N1 = 143 women and N2 = 425 men with or without clinical manifestations of coronary heart disease at rest was in the presence of coronary heart disease - 74.8% of cases in women and 91.1% in men . The technology of joint examination by STE and CAG methods has been developed and implemented, which allows to significantly increase the accuracy of indications and contraindications to endovascular and surgical interventions in coronary heart disease.
