High-temperature testing of specimens of prototype joints up to 10 mm thick of disk alloys for short-term and long-term strength indicates the equal strength of the welded joint and the base metal. Investigations of welded differently structured heat-resistant deformed and cast single-crystal alloys can serve as the basis for the development of an industrial technology for creating all-welded rotor and stator assemblies and individual parts of the hot path of gas turbine engines and gas turbines.
