As a result of the topic "DeveThe object of research is induction heating installations for new technology of melting and processing of glass and rocks by induction currents of the middle frequency range. As a result of the topic, mathematical models for the calculation of electromagnetic and thermal processes in melt baths for different frequencies of induction heating, spatial temperature distribution and magnetic field were developed. A frequency converter based on a transistor current inverter has been developed for induction heating installations, which allows automatic adjustment of the inversion frequency to the resonant frequency of the load circuit and control of output power in the range from 0-100% using a SIP controller. The scientific and technical bases and means of adaptation of the developed electrotechnical complex of glass melting to the power supply network of limited power with further research and development of combined systems with passive and active filters and universal filters are also determined. A mathematical model of interconnected electromagnetic, hydrodynamic and thermal processes during induction heating of the outlet channel of a glass furnace has been developed and implemented. A hybrid filter is proposed, which has the optimal ratio of the cost of the elements of the hybrid filter structure depending on the set value of the harmonics of the current and the spectrum of current consumed from the network, which allowed to reduce the installed power of the active corrector. Promising areas of application - recommended for further implementation at specialized enterprises of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.
