Constructive schemes of modernized devices for drilling wells are offered. The basic regularities and conditions of formation of the bottomhole and wellbore during bullet drilling are highlighted. Signs of bullet drilling have been studied from the standpoint of the presence of a significant dynamic component in the processes of destruction of the mountain massif. The nature of the influence of the rate of destructive loading on the results of downhole deformation processes has been clarified. The constructive and technological features of modernized bullet-jet devices are stated. Theoretically substantiated mechanism of destruction, implemented in a bullet jet device with the effect of mechanical destruction. The mechanism of formation of the bottomhole part of the well by the device of bullet-jet abrasive drilling is studied. It is established that the indicator of reliability of hydromechanical drilling devices is compliance with their designs and technological schemes of application of certain geometric and parametric relations that correspond to a stable mode of well deepening.
