It was found that a significant predictor for the diagnosis of thyroid cancer is BRAFV600E, found in 64.6% of cases with a positive predictive value from 0.784 to 0.943. It was found that the prevalence of innate immunity cells with the accumulation of predominantly macrophages and mast cells, compared with adaptive immunity cells, was associated with a more aggressive behavior of papillary thyroid cancer and the development of metastases in the lymph nodes.
