The purpose of the work is to expand the functionality, increase the informativeness and metrological reliability (reliability of measurement results), to improve the performance of biosensor systems of electrochemical type. Research methods - structural and algorithmic methods of improving measuring instruments, theoretical foundations of information and measurement technology, computer and physical modeling. An experimental sample of an electrochemical analyzer was manufactured and adjusted. The program of control of work of the generator of a test signal in the frequency range 0 - 1 MHz is fulfilled, results of its testing with the hardware block are received. Comprehensive laboratory tests of the hardware and developed software of the basic module of the analyzer together with the measuring circuit unit and electrical equivalents of sensors in the operating frequency range, as well as testing of measurements of parameters of real impedance objects. The functional and metrological characteristics provided by the technical task are confirmed. The possibility of measuring impedance parameters at frequencies up to 1 MHz with amplitude and phase errors not exceeding 0.1% is proved. Implemented regulation of test voltage and DC voltage at the object of measurements with errors at the level of 0.02 - 0.05%. The obtained results will allow to create a compact and inexpensive biosensor analyzer for measurements by spectral impedancemetry and studies of the characteristics of biosensor transducers.  Product Description popup.authors Bortshov Pavlo І.
