The purpose of research is to create and experimentally test: a multi-channel automated control system of the stator core of a powerful turbogenerator during assembly and pressing at the factory with the development of appropriate documentation for the system and its elements; development of documentation for a multi-channel automated control system. As a result of the conducted researches new methods of definition of defects of monolithicity of a stator core during assembly and pressing were developed. The methods are based on the dependence of the deformation of a special sample at a single point of the core cross section on the specific pressing pressure, which in turn depends on the size of the defect. Automatic pressure measurement at a single point is carried out using a metal membrane with a rigid center and transducers that register changes in the geometric and mechanical characteristics of the membrane. The use of capacitive, strain-resistant or Bragg optical sensors is proposed as primary measuring transducers. The principles of construction of the automated system of control of a condition of compression of a core of the stator of the turbogenerator in 45 points of section of a core are developed. Algorithms for the functioning of the hardware and software of the automated control system have been developed. A mock-up of an automated control system with a unit of measuring cells, which is intended for use at the plant "Завод "Електроважмаш" during the assembly of TG type TGV-200, was created and tested.
