Methods and software for solving large-scale Boolean linear programming problems have been developed. In particular, a global equilibrium search algorithm is proposed for the problem of minimum set coverage, and random local search algorithms are proposed for the problem of the shortest coverage. The conditions for optimality and stability of solutions for vector problems of discrete optimization on valid sets with pseudoconvex constraint functions are established. The decomposition method for solving lexicographic problems of continuous and combinatorial optimization has been developed. Mathematical models, methods and software for finding and modernizing (restoring) capacity of fault-tolerant network arcs, multi-product flow planning and modernization of transport networks have been developed.
