Technology of FBW of high-wear resistance rails was improved. Algorithm for multifactor control of the FBW process to ensure limited energy input was developed, and the software package that allows statistical processing and analysis of welding protocols and quality assessment of welded joints, was created and tested. An algorithm for technological parameters controlling in magnetically impelled arc butt (MIAB) welding of thin-walled pipes made of aluminium alloys has been developed and a model of the joint quality control system was created. For the first time in the world, the technology of MIAB welding of thin-walled pipes made of aluminium alloys has been developed, which is relevant for domestic manufacturers of tubular thin-walled products for various purposes.
