With the help of analytical data, a promising system Ni-Cr-Co-Al- (Ti, Nb, W, Mo, Zr) was selected. After that a number of promising filler metals for brazing of heat-resistant nickel alloys was established. The influence of adhesive-active components on the melting range and spreading of experimental alloys on substrates from cast heat-resistant alloy ZhS6U was analyzed. During the analysis of the obtained calculated and experimental data, the chemical composition of the filler was selected. The experimental brazing of ZhS6U-alloy allowed to determine the influence of technological parameters of the brazing cycle on the formation and structure of brazed joints. According to the results of micro-X-ray spectral analysis of brazed joints, it was found that the brazed seam consists mainly from a Ni-based solid solution, carbides with a high content of carbide-forming elements (W, Mo, Nb, Cr), as well as Zr-eutectic (in case of presence of Zr in the filler metal), which is formed between the solid solution and the intermetallic phase of NixZryMe and the temperature-time parameters of the heating cycle of cast heat-resistant Nickel alloys were determined. The results of tests of brazed joints which made by experimental Ni-Cr-Co-Al-Mo- (Ti, Nb, Zr)-based alloys show long-term strength (at 975 ℃ and load of 140 MPa) at the level of 40… 61 h. Based on the obtained results, filler metals and technological recommendations for the brazing process of cast heat-resistant nickel alloys have been developed.
