The purpose of the study is to investigate the priority aspects of the use of bioresources and agricultural technologies for the effective implementation of the bioinnovation process and to identify methodological approaches to assess the results of bioinnovation in accordance with the requirements of environmental and economic safety. It is established that the effective development of organic agricultural production is possible on the basis of the interaction of legal, economic and organizational components; Ukraine's agricultural sector should develop from the standpoint of the State Strategy for Bioeconomy Development and the action plan for its implementation.
