Korolenko National Pedagogical University popup.description2 Abstract The purpose of the study is to develop scientific-methodological and organizational-methodological foundations for future teachers’ professional competence formation to implement the main objectives of human-centered pedagogy using aesthetic influence on the student’s personality. The object of the study is future teacher training in institutions of higher pedagogical education. The subject of the study is personality-oriented technologies of future teacher training in institutions of higher pedagogical education for aestheticization of the educational environment of the New Ukrainian School. Scientific novelty and practical significance. For the first time, the effectiveness of 1) technology and pedagogical conditions were theoretically substantiated and implemented in the practice of higher educational institutions: - formation of future teachers’ integrated aesthetic competence; - preparation for the use of aesthetic therapeutic technologies in future primary school teachers’ professional activities; 2) pedagogical conditions and models of future primary school teachers’ readiness formation to use digital technologies; 3) models of future primary school teachers’ general cultural values formation using museum pedagogy (discipline of free choice ‘Museum pedagogy’); 4) organizational and pedagogical conditions for training future teachers to realize their own creative potential in the educational environment of the New Ukrainian School; 5) pedagogical and ergonomic conditions of the organization of the New Ukrainian School educational environment; 6) methods of future teachers’ ecological competence formation. The results of the study have been published in 5 monographs (1 - abroad, in English), 15 textbooks, 7 articles in scientometric publications (Scopus and Web of Science), 37 articles in professional and foreign scientific journals, 127 articles published in the collections of materials of international and national conferences.
