The goal is to summarize scientific research on the state of flora and fauna and monitor changes in the environment of the reserve. Methods used: inventory and monitoring of flora and fauna, sealing of scientific sites, phenological research, keeping a calendar of nature. General information about the reserve and scientific polygons, profiles and transects located on the territory of the reserve are provided. When describing the results of the study of the flora, the full composition of the flora and the state of rare and endangered plant species included in the international conservation lists of various levels and the Red Book of Ukraine, recreational changes in the vegetation cover are given, recommendations are given for the preservation and reproduction of populations of rare plant species. An inventory of the fauna was carried out, the state of the animal world was described, namely, mammals, birds, amphibians, reptiles, fish, terrestrial invertebrates and measures for their protection, especially the current year. The analysis of the results and the prospects for scientific research of employees in 2020. The features of anthropogenic impact on protected ecosystems and the participation of the reserve in the implementation of international conventions in force for Ukraine and the peculiarities of the current year in changes in flora and fauna are described.
