The object of the study is the social security of man, society and the state in the context of ensuring European integration processes. The aim of the study is to develop models and mechanisms for improving labor and social policy, which will contribute to the development of a new concept of social security and integration of Ukrainian society into the European community. Research methods: use of axeological-praxeological method, as well as comparative-legal method based on synergetic, intersectoral approaches. The second EPP "Features of the mechanism of social security in European integration" is a comprehensive study of mechanisms for social security in European integration. During the implementation of 2 EPP, the comparative law method was used, which allowed to conduct a number of comparative law studies, the results of which allowed to identify successful practices and models of social law of EU countries, analyze their suitability for implementation in the national legal order in Ukraine. In addition, it allowed the 2 EPP to identify the most effective models of the mechanism of implementation and reception of European social standards in the national legal order in Ukraine, to consider key trends in restrictions social rights, its regimes, as well as their provision in various spheres of social law through the prism of rule-making, termination of employment, etc.  Product Description popup.authors Inshyn Mykola І.
