The purpose of the work is to give a holistic view of the conflict of cultural and historical space of Ukraine in the face of modern threats and to identify ways and methods of deconflict. Main theoretical results: Developed methodology and main directions of research, analyzed the degree of study of the problem, clarified the historical background and causes of conflict in the cultural and historical space of Ukraine and the destructive effects of Russian aggression against Ukraine. The specifics of the process of conflict between the modern Ukrainian cultural and historical space are clarified; the most conflict situations leading to the development of the process of conflict and threat to the existence of the Ukrainian state and nation, in particular, the decommunization of Ukraine as a conflict factor; the levels of conflict of imperial, colonial and neo-colonial practices in the territory of the former Russian Empire and the USSR are analyzed; the role of the national is investigated culture as a driving force. A general analysis of the main external and internal threats and challenges facing modern Ukrainians; the deconflict potential of domestic and foreign Ukrainians is studied; identified the main forms and ways to prevent conflict in Ukrainian society in the cultural and spiritual spheres; appropriate methodological and practical recommendations for state, public and church institutions.
