Kurdyumov of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 The behavior of the electronic fluid determined on the hexagonal and triangular lattices with Hubbard repulsion in the case of a half-filled zone is studied. It is shown that in the field of strong interaction there is a Mott – Hubbard phase transition, the main feature of which in the insulator state is the doubling of the lattice cell. Developed a modern concept of "deformation engineering" ("straintronics") and manipulation of structural imperfections using a set of created and implemented computer programs to calculate the electronic structure and transport characteristics distorted by external magnetic field and / or mechanical stresses, graphene and graphene layers or long defects. The peculiarities of the relief character of the interface surfaces for joints of various materials obtained by blast welding, such as copper-tantalum, copper-titanium, copper-copper, have been studied. It is shown that the resulting contact surfaces can be considered as fractal objects. The proposed thermodiffusion mechanism of amorphous phase formation during rapid cooling of a metal melt reveals the important role of the temperature gradient (cooling rate) in the reconstruction of the microstructure of the medium. The mechanisms of cluster formation in monoatomic liquid metals (Cs, K, Li, Rb) under the influence of external influence have been studied. A developed cluster model is used, which allows taking into account the influence of pressure and temperature on the dynamic viscosity and self-diffusion of liquids. The conditions for the formation of dissipative modulated structures of the vacancy subsystem in irradiated BCC crystals are studied. An approach for estimating the Gibbs free energy of solid solutions of incarnations and substitutions in the approximation of the regular solution model is proposed. The macroscopic quantum, magnetic and structural properties of nanosystems containing transition metal ions are studied. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2022-03-18 Close
