The aim of the work is to study the influence of structure and chemical nature of “smart” polymers on stability, dimensional, absorption, luminescent characteristics and biological activity of multicomponent nanosystems with incorporated metal nanoparticles, photosensitizers, antitumor, antimicrobial drugs. Research methods - gel permeation chromatography, transmission electron microscopy, dynamic light scattering, NMR, UV and IR spectroscopy, photoluminescence, cyclic voltammetry, in vitro and in vivo testing. Multicomponent nanosystems based on copolymers D-PAA and D-PNIPAM, hydrogel hybrid materials with incorporated photosensitizers, gold nanoparticles, and therapeutic drugs have been studied. It is shown that the increase in aggregation processes in nanosystems is not registered in physiological buffer solutions. It was found that nanocomposite FS and chemotherapeutics based on D-PAA and D-PNIPAM have higher antitumor activity than free photosensitizers and chemotherapeutics at the same concentration on malignant cell lines. Nanocomposite hydrogels have been shown to have higher antibacterial activity than classical antiseptics. New piperazine-containing polymers were synthesized and their optical properties were investigated. The processes of photoisomerization and photo reversibility of new polymers with styrylquinoline fragments for use in optical information recording have been optimized. Nonlinear optical properties have been studied, in particular: the values of third and second harmonic generation for chromophores of substances (methacrylic polymers) have been determined. Relaxation phenomena under the action of UV irradiation and their influence on the nonlinear optical properties of the studied compounds have been studied. The most promising systems for further application have been selected in optical signal processin Product Description popup.authors Bezugla Tetyana M. Boyko Oleksandr M. Virych Pavlo A.
