The subject of research - mechanisms to combat separatism in Ukraine, proposed on the basis of a multidisciplinary approach (law, political science, economics). The main purpose of this project is the scientific substantiation of existing and promising methods of combating separatism in Ukraine. Research methods: analytical method, hypothetical method and modeling method, comparative method and comparison method, statistical-analytical method, generalization method. Simultaneous use of these methods by scientists in political science, economics and law has allowed to create new unique knowledge. A comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon of separatism, based on international legal, political and economic points of view, identified political, economic and legal consequences of the emergence of separatist movements in the state and the separation of part of the state, proposed mechanisms of deoccupation and economic, political, legal reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, outlined the prospects for international cooperation in combating separatism, hybrid warfare and external aggression against Ukraine and provided proposals for further development of such cooperation, outlined possible options for prosecuting individuals for separatism, treason and war crimes, and third countries that support separatist movements or commit acts of aggression, proposed a generalized doctrine of international legal and social mechanisms to counter Russia. aggression and reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.  Product Description popup.authors Vladyka Svitlana A.
