Unlike various flat, tubular, spatially oriented adapters, which are made using bimetallic sheets and used in technology today, this work develops the so-called quasi-connective tubular adapter. Further connection of the pipeline elements to the adapter is carried out by arc welding of homogeneous materials, which allows to achieve high performance properties of welded joints. Arc welding of dissimilar materials is often difficult or impossible. Bimetal adapters are widely used in modern industry, in particular in shipbuilding, metallurgy, pipeline transport, nuclear energy. Such adapters have a number of advantages in comparison with cut from bimetallic sheet: - HAZ in arc welding to the adapter of the ends of the pipes is at a great distance from the welded joint obtained by the explosion, and can not impair its properties due to heating and exposure to the thermodeformation cycle; - the absence of intermetallics that are formed during fusion welding; - large area of the welded joint, which provides strength and vacuum tightness. The development of technology for the manufacture of such adapters is carried out for the first time in the world and is of scientific and practical interest.
