Certainly, the analysis of the dynamics of venture funds shows a comparison of the dynamics of the chosen investment strategy of the venture fund, ie the audit methodology is based on the use of various methods and techniques of studying the facts of economic life, one such audit is economic analysis. It is established that the analysis of cash flows of venture funds should be carried out in the following areas: the dynamics of cash inflows and outflows from venture capital ventures and indicators for assessing the cash flow of venture capital. The main problems of analyzing the profitability of venture capital ventures are identified: most of the developed methods of economic analysis are aimed at analyzing projects for investment opportunities, and analysis of venture activity involves analyzing projects that are already underway; the presence of differences in venture capital investments is an increased risk and focus on innovative projects. It is proposed to assess the profitability of venture capital ventures by the four main indicators used to determine the effectiveness of investments: net present income; profitability index, payback period; internal rate of return. These indicators should be considered only in comparison with similar indicators of venture funds, but which are managed by another asset management company. Thus, it is possible to assess not only the profitability of venture capital risk activities, but also the effectiveness of AMC management.
