Objects of research: bryobionta of the “Olexandria” State Dendrological Park of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, which grew on tree bark, stony substrates, soil, dead wood and epiphytic bryogroups. The research was conducted in the historical part of the “Olexandria” Dendropark of the NASU (201,5 ha), plots: “Gayok” (95,5 ha) and “Golendernya” (103,6765 ha). The total area of research is 400, 6765 ha. The purpose of the research work was the comprehensive study of the species variety of the bryoflora of the of the “Olexandria” Dendropark of the NASU, estimation of its state and development of recommendations for conservation in conditions of the negative impact of climate change and other factors. The following methods are used in the scientific work: general scientific and special. According to the results of this work, the species composition of bryobionta of the “Olexandria” Dendropark of the NASU was studied, the comparative analysis of bryoflora with other botanical institutions was conducted. It was found that as of 2021, the bryoflora of the “Olexandria” Dendropark of the NASU counts 107 species, including 90 species in the historical part, 57 – in the “Gayok” Plot and 52 species – in the “Golendernya” Plot. Taxonomically, the bryoflora is represented by 2 divisions: Marchantiophyta and Bryophyta, 4 classes, 15 orders, 33 families, 62 genera and 107 species. In the bryoflora of the “Olexandria” Dendropark of the NASU were found 11 species of bryobionta, which are regionally rare within the Forest-Steppe Zone of Ukraine, and one species – Dicranum viride (Sull. & Lesq.)
