In particular, the stress-strain state of an elastic piecewise homogeneous strip with a semi-infinite crack at the interface of materials is investigated. The dependences of the surface concentration of Cr in the Fe-9Cr alloy on the rate of production of radiation point defects are analyzed. The algorithm of numerical modeling of the diffusion stage of precipitate evolution in reactor construction materials under the influence of neutron irradiation has been improved. A method for determining the concentration profiles of impurities in nuclear energy materials by the PIXE method was developed, and experimental studies of the physicochemical composition and structure of samples of zirconium alloys and hulls irradiated with ions were performed.
