The aim of the work is to design and develop approaches to the synthesis of new building blocks for the development of drugs, namely, sp3-enriched boronate, trifluoroborates, sulfonyl fluorides, sultams and sulfoximines based on saturated bicyclic systems. Research methods - methods of directed synthesis (TOS), synthesis based on molecular diversity (DOS), leader-oriented synthesis (LOS) to create new boron and sulfuroorganic building blocks; methods of synthesis under high pressure, in an inert atmosphere and under irradiation; NMR spectroscopy, chromato-mass spectrometry, elemental and X-ray structural analysis; acid-base titration. As a result of work methods of synthesis of new sp3 are developed -enriched building blocks, in particular boron esters and trifluoroborates based on condensed, bridged and spirocyclic systems of various topologies, namely 6-fluorospiro [3.3] heptane derivatives, 4- (di- / tri-fluoromethyl) -2-heterocyclo [bicycle] 2.1.1] hexanes, 2- (mono- / di- / tri-fluoromethyl) cyclobutane, 2-fluoro-cycloalkanes, their heteroanalogues and related scafolds, ω- (trifluoro-methoxy) alkanes, promising for potential drugs.  Product Description popup.authors Hryschuk Oleksandr V.
