The critical concentration of the alloying element in the alloy when the structural transition is realized is determined. The ability of alloying elements to localize point defects and their clusters has been established. The interaction of point defects with dislocations, grain boundaries and pores, diffusion processes and the stability of secondary phases were studied. The provisions of the theory of reaction rates have been developed and applied to study the dynamics of clusters of defects; a dynamical model for cluster concentrations was constructed by taking into account the influence of impurity concentration and precipitate size. A detailed analysis of the growth of dislocation loops and deformations during radiation growth was performed. Phase field theory has been developed to model the evolution of the microstructure based on the CALPHAD thermodynamic approach combined with the reaction rate theory to study the effect of mismatch dislocations and nonequilibrium vacancies on the stability of secondary phase precipitates. The influence of irradiation on the change in the mechanical properties of Zr-Nb alloys under load in the form of compression deformation has been studied. The influence of strain rate on yield strength and strength of irradiated and non-irradiated alloys is discussed. The evolution of defect structure during nucleation and pore growth in binary systems of alloys with lattice parameter mismatch and elastic inhomogeneity subjected to constant particle irradiation within the generalized phase field approach in combination with the reaction rate theory has been studied.
