The aim of the work was to substantiate the use of eco-positive structures to restore the ecological state of the marine environment and enrich bioresources on the basis of patterns of structural and functional indicators of plants and animals in the grouping of solids. The report analyzes the international and national experience of using different types of environmentally positive substrates (artificial reefs). The spatial characteristics of the ecological state of the ecosystems of the national sector of the Black and Azov Seas are determined on the basis of hydrological and hydrochemical indicators of the quality of the marine environment, to identify the priority areas of artificial structures. The influence of the concentration of artificial substrate in the aquatic environment on the structure of biofouling groups is determined. The filtration potential of filter mollusks is calculated for different types of structural materials. The positive effect of using artificial reefs in marine waters for the formation of ichthyofauna in the Azov-Black Sea region has been proved. Recommendations for the placement of eco-positive structures depending on the purpose of marine waters are proposed.
