The general principles of implementation of the managed transformations of the system of economic security of economic entities and the system of ensuring sustainable regional development have been formed. The composition and structure of the organizational and economic mechanism for the implementation of managed transformations of the economic security system of economic entities and the system of sustainable regional development are determined. Recommendations for resource mobilization and socio-economic development of the region are offered. The methodology of organizational and economic support and formation of intellectual capital for sustainable development of the region in the conditions of post-conflict transformation and hybrid threats has been developed. Models of harmonization and coordination of the goals of the region’s entities for its sustainable development through the introduction of advanced management of economic security of economic entities are proposed. Methodological bases of effective tools of restoration and preservation of scientific and personnel potential of Luhansk region at the expense of formation of system of management of intellectual capital at the industrial enterprises are formed. New models and methods of regional management of innovative development of the region have been developed, taking into account the peculiarities of functioning in post-conflict transformation based on comparison of existing conditions of regional development and European experience in anti-terrorist or post-war regions. The mechanism of organizational and economic support and tools for the formation of intellectual capital for sustainable development of the region in the post-conflict transformation are determined.
