The aim of the research is to solve the urgent problem of establishing the effect of irregular cyclic loading, according to the scheme of uniaxial variable stretching and pure variable bending, fatigue resistance of welded joints, thick-rolled high-strength aluminum alloy 7056, containing up to 9.8% Zn. Research methods: mechanical methods of testing specimens for tension and bending; fatigue testing of welded specimens; measurements of metal hardness by Rockwell and Vickers methods; metallographic studies of welded joints. The results of research: the structural features of the formation of joints of high-strength heat-strengthened aluminum alloy 7056 with a high content of zinc obtained by the technology of EBW and FBW; the degree of softening of welded joints of the investigated aluminum alloy is determined; the influence of irregular cyclic loading on fatigue resistance indicators of thermally reinforced aluminum alloy 7056 made by EBW and FBW was investigated; The fatigue curves of welded joints of heat-strengthened aluminum alloy 7056, made of EBW and FBW, with irregular cyclic loading according to the scheme of uniaxial variable stretching and pure variable bending are obtained.
