The aim of the work is to study the characteristics of the influence of the technological process of layer-by-layer formation of typical metal samples and responsible aerospace parts on their quality, reliability and working capacity. The idea of ​​research is to develop methodological approaches, mathematical models and problem-oriented tools for computer finite element prediction of physical-mechanical and technological interconnected multidimensional processes in the layer-by-layer formation of typical structural elements of aerospace. Research methods - mathematical modelling and computer simulation of the kinetics of fields of temperatures, stresses, deformations, subcritical damage, phase state of metal of typical structural elements in the process of their additive production and subsequent operation. Within the framework of scientific and research work, mathematical models and high-performance computer programs for predicting the kinetics of temperature fields and intensely deformed, damaged and structural states of standard parts (beam, cylindrical, spherical) in their manufacture using additive technologies have been developed. Methods for assessing the bearing capacity and resource of structural elements obtained by additive production, criteria for their limit state from the standpoint of minimizing the conservatism of assessing the acceptability of defects and ensuring quality, reliability and performance. Practical recommendations for optimizing the parameters of domestic technology xBeam 3D Metal Printing in the manufacture of standard responsible elements for aerospace.
