Research methods - general clinical, instrumental, morphological, immunohistochemical, molecular genetic, methods of medical informatics, descriptive epidemiology, mathematical statistics. The aim is to increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients with endometrial cancer of the intermediate risk group by detecting signal lymph nodes and taking into account molecular biological markers associated with a high risk of aggressiveness of the disease. A retrospective analysis of the database of the National Cancer Institute of treated patients with endometrioid PE I stage intermediate and high-intermediate group was performed. Determining the most common choice of adjuvant (radiation / chemoradiation) treatment according to the risk group of patients who underwent hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-ovarectomy for further monitoring and assessment of recurrence-free survival. Patients with high-grade and intermediate-stage endometrial cancer are under observation for further assessment of recurrence-free survival. The recurrence-free survival of patients who underwent indocyanine green mapping lymph node biopsy was no less than that of patients who underwent systemic lymph node dissection and improved quality of life.
