The aim is to increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients with endometrial cancer of the intermediate risk group by detecting signal lymph nodes and taking into account molecular biological markers associated with a high risk of aggressiveness of the disease. A retrospective analysis of the database of the National Cancer Institute of treated patients with endometrioid PE I stage intermediate and high-intermediate group was performed. Determining the most common choice of adjuvant (radiation / chemoradiation) treatment according to the risk group of patients who underwent hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-ovarectomy for further monitoring and assessment of recurrence-free survival.
