It is established that electrodynamic treatment (EDT) of samples of butt welded joints leads to a decrease in the level of residual tensile welding stresses, and the transition to compression. It is shown that as a result of EDO of the surface of the sample of the welded joint made of AMg6 alloy, the cyclic durability increases in comparison with the sample in the initial state. It is shown that the most acceptable (of the studied temperature values) for the performance of EDI in the conditions of welding of AMG6 alloy is the temperature of 150 ° С. New technologies for welding fasteners to thin-walled shell structures made of 30HGSN2A steel have been developed, which allow to avoid the formation of cracks in welded joints. Detachable structures and technological solutions have been developed to increase their stability, durability and compactness. Experimental studies aimed at developing the technology of non-destructive quality control of elements and components of metal and composite structures used in the aerospace industry, using electronic shearography.
