It is established that the intensification of Ukrainian migration and the diversification of countries of destination of Ukrainian migrants create the basis for the formation of new important ties between countries, while developing the migration system. The Revolution of Dignity and the beginning of the occupation of Ukraine by the Russian Federation (2013-2014) significantly affected the social activism of Ukrainian migrants in different countries, which, in turn, strengthened networking of migrants, preserving their identity and establishing stronger ties in economic, political, cultural and social spheres with the country of origin. This has accelerated Ukraine’s integration into the global migration system and has had a positive effect on the strength of the ties that shape it. Based on the study, recommendations were developed to the authorities and non-governmental organizations that would contribute to the effective integration of Ukraine into the global migration system.
