Studies of the biological activity of streptomycin-nanosilver and silver-copper nanocomposites have a pronounced antimicrobial, bactericidal effect on the studied test strains of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. he EB-PVD method of applying nanostructured bactericidal coatings of silver and copper on rolled sterile materials (eg bandages) is proposed. Increased activity of silver composites on the surface of prototypes of special paper against tuberculosis, staphylococcus and Escherichia coli has been proved. The new composite nanomaterial of the Al2O3 - Ag system, which is a highly dispersed porous matrix of alumina modified with silver nanoparticles, combines filtering and bactericidal properties and can be offered as a sorption-bactericidal material for a wide range of applications in medicine, veterinary and food industry. Significance: antimicrobial activity of silver nanoparticles and their synergistic effect on antibiotics may reduce drug resistance. Conclusion: composites of streptomycin with nanosilver and nanosilver with nanomide have a pronounced antimicrobial, bactericidal effect on the studied test strains.
