The obtained prototypes and experimental-industrial batches of ingots of chromium, high-percentage ferrotitanium, alloys 07Х12НМБФ (ЭП609) and ХН70ВМТЮФ (ЭИ617) and steel Х18Н10Т from secondary raw materials. The chemical composition and regularities of the structure of ingots during the smelting of such wastes are determined. Dependences of technological parameters and modes of cultivation of large profiled tungsten single crystals at process intensification and its influence on structural features of tungsten single crystal are established. On the basis of the conducted researches the technology of production of large single crystals of refractory metals in the form of plates at plasma-induction zone cultivation which provides high indicators of productivity and economic efficiency with maintenance of single crystal structure of tungsten ingots is developed.
