Strains capable of growing at a temperature from 4 ºС to 45 ºС, at pH of the medium from pH 4–12 were found. Only a third of the isolates were able to grow at elevated NaCl concentrations (2.5%). In contrast, most of them were resistant to salinity with sodium sulfate (2.5 - 5.0%). Strains capable of inhibiting the growth of Mycobacterium smegmatis and multidrug-resistant strain Candida albicans have been isolated. A number of strains combined both antibacterial and antifungal activities. A significant number of isolates were characterized by their sensitivity to beta-lactam antibiotics, which may be related to cell wall structure. Prosthetic and amylolytic activity was detected in 95.8% of isolates. Slightly more than 70% decomposed carboxymethylcellulose, almost 42% of isolates were capable of nitrate reduction, and 25% showed lipolytic activity. 21.7 and 8.3% of strains showed pectinolytic and lecitase activity, respectively. Laccases and oxidoreductases did not produce the studied isolates. Most isolates produced indoleacetic acid at a concentration of 25.0 to 65.0 μg / ml. Two isolates showed an increased level of synthesis for both actinobacteria - 105.3 (Cq 72-4) and 220.7 (Cq 72-18) μg / ml, respectively. One third of the isolates solubilized zinc compounds and 4.2% were able to solubilize phosphorus compounds. The production of siderophores was not found in any of the studied isolates. The properties and phylogenetic characteristics of the isolate with a wide range of biological activities are described. The strain is classified into the genus Streptomyces.
