Main scientific and theoretical results: the main value components of the structure of economic consciousness are determined; the dynamics of value orientations of the population in the economic sphere has been analyzed for the last almost 25 years; the dominant value orientations of Ukrainians in the sphere of labor in comparison with the population of other European countries are determined; developed a theoretical model of the relationship of values, awareness and formation of economic assessments of the population; changes in values due to the participation of the population in the process of lifelong learning are identified.
