Research methods - anamnestic, clinical, laboratory, radiological, morphological and statistical. The aim is to improve the results of treatment of patients with melanoma of the skin with metastatic lesions of regional lymph nodes by developing combined treatments. Long-term 3-year treatment outcomes were studied and analyzed. STUDIES 1. Recurrence-free survival of 70.9% in the observation group, 87.2% in the interferon group and 72.4% in the dendritic cell autovaccine group (p = 0.008); progression-free survival of 51.6%, 61.5% and 39.6% (p = 0.04), respectively; overall survival was 48.4%, 61.5% and 55.4%, respectively (p = 0.06). STUDIES 2. Recurrence-free survival of 78.5% in the group of radiation therapy and interferon and 73.8% in the group of interferon therapy (p = 0.72); progression-free survival of 63.2% and 57.2%, respectively (p = 0.59); overall survival was 77.1% and 66.7%, respectively (p = 0.29).
