The theoretical and methodological basis of the work are scientific concepts and theoretical developments of domestic and foreign scientists on the problems of innovation, marketing, management, tourism. In the process of performing the work used general and special research methods: historicism, comparative analysis; method of generalizing abstraction; measurement methods; methods of mathematical analysis; induction method; modeling method; formalization method, etc. The results of the research and their scientific novelty: - systematized interpretation of the processes of innovation in tourism; the concept of innovative tourist activity is specified; the main directions of innovative activity in tourism are determined; the method of determining the innovation strategy of La Tour Travel Company LLC has been improved. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility and feasibility of using the proposed methodological approaches and practical recommendations for the implementation of innovative activities of the travel agency. The application of the improved methodology will allow to choose the vector of the innovation strategy of LLC "Tourist Company" La Tour "in the coordinate system of SPACE-analysis.
