Mechnikov National University popup.description2  The object of the research is the lexical and the grammatical systems of the Slavonic languages and texts written on these languages, including fiction, which belong to the cultural heritage of Slavonic peoples. The aim of the scientific work is to determine regular trends in the development and functioning of the Slavonic languages, to explore the spiritual culture of the Slavs through the analysis of the written texts. The research methods: general philosophical, general scientific and partial methods used in linguistics and literary studies: descriptive, comparative-historical, comparative, sociolinguistic, linguacultural, cognitive, etymological, word-forming, morphological, syntactic and others. New methods of studying the language units are worked out and new forms of the field collecting of the empirical data are tested, the comprehensive approach to the studying of the main trends in the development of the Slavonic languages and literatures (Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Polish, Russian, Serbian) in the social and linguistic-cultural Slavonic space are introduced. The results of the lexical and grammatical specifics of Slavonic languages and literatures obtained in the course of the conducted researches are systematized in the directions - lexical, gender, grammatical, sociolinguistic, linguapersonological, linguacultural, dialect features of the Slavonic languages, translation from the Slavonic languages. ceremonial, advertising, artistic discourse, analysis of the works of the Bulgarian science fiction and fantasy writers of the XX-XXI centuries.
