The conceptual model of urban environment metabolism and information flow model of urban environment subsystems for determining input and output expertly significant indicators of material and energy flows are formulated. Significance of work. The use of the indicator of the efficiency of metabolism of the urban environment provides an opportunity to cluster the functional areas of the city on the basis of selected indicators. This will identify cadastral districts or administrative units of the city with similar characteristics, as well as compare them by the same characteristics. The conceptual model of urban metabolism and information flow model of urban subsystems provides the calculation of a comprehensive assessment of the efficiency of metabolism for the whole system and for each of its subsystems. The use of these developments increases the efficiency and expands the capabilities of urban decision-making subsystems.
