The aim of the work is to investigate the possibility of applying the latest achievements of optics in the creation of lighting design projects and to introduce the use of new radiation sources to optimize the lighting of a certain spectral composition. Research methods - conducting experiments with different types of radiation sources and auxiliary optical devices to obtain visual effects in lighting design. Optical laboratory studies of the basic properties of light obtained from various artificial sources, and field measurements of the parameters of real objects in which the latest modern technologies can be used. Computer modeling of design objects for real systems. The possibility of using different types of laser sources to create fiber-optic lighting systems in advertising tools and urban objects is analyzed. The use of modern methods of filtering light radiation to obtain a positive effect on the emotional and physical state of man is substantiated. As a result of research, the possibility of using special light filters has been established, which allow not only to separate individual parts of the spectrum, but also to create specific design illusions. The use of separate automatic control elements to create an interactive lighting design room is proposed. Based on the results of the research, projects for startups were created and modeled in 3D. These startups took part in competitions of different levels, covered different areas of application, but due to the situation in Ukraine did not receive their logical conclusion.
