The purpose of the work is to develop a software package for automation of intra-university processes based on Internet technologies on the example of the development of the dormitory management subsystem. Research methods: analysis of digital innovations of modern Web-technologies; object management structure, regulatory framework, definition of user category, analysis of the use of Internet of Things technology. As a result of the study, a conceptual model of the system was developed, which consists of three subsystems: electronic housing and student registration in the dormitory, subsystems for monitoring indoor climate control indicators and subsystems of the internal social network. The developed models and methods of their application allow to optimize the internal processes of the dormitory, which will reduce the time spent by staff; facilitate the prediction of possible accidents and their elimination in real time and at a distance; improve the life of students in the dormitory and ensure the health of students from the effects of negative factors. All the problems that exist in the dormitory are not unfounded, they last for years and the very creation of a model of the object of free education can be a turning point in relation to the organization of student life. The subsystems of electronic settlement and accounting of students in dormitories and monitoring of indoor climate control indicators were tested in the dormitory of the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design and showed their efficiency.
