Systems for testing the methods for determining the coordinates of AE sources in different conditions, multistage filtering and multiparameter clustering of AE events, in particular at high levels of technological noise, and analysis of the distribution of AE event parameters for typical sample testing schemes have been developed. Instrumentation and software of AE diagnostic systems such as EMA, methods and algorithms that allow simultaneously receiving, processing and analyzing information from 128 AE channels and 128 technological channels were upgraded to create (jointly with the Hungarian Company Gereb Es Tarsa) industrial AE control devices of the fourth generation. This will allow improving the procedure for diagnosing industrial facilities, increasing the accuracy and reliability of determination of the state of structures. Modernized AE systems are applied on OPP equipment. Necessary conditions have been created for the implementation of a new generation of monitoring systems at Kyiv CHP-5 and CHP-6. Based on the research results and their practical implementation, recommendations for the use of advanced AE control technology have been developed. Implementation of the work results will improve the technology of AE control and continuous monitoring of equipment of potentially dangerous industrial facilities.
